Cayla Schneider shares information on the Loras Women’s Leadership Alliance (LWLA) and its role in supporting Duhawks. The LWLA’s mission is to create educational opportunities and sessions for dialogue pertaining to leadership growth. One of the group’s goals is to engage women on the Loras College campus and in alumni communities, connecting or reconnecting them with the College.
